This is our story
When I first stepped into Operations, I didn’t plan to build a career around it. I just wanted to make things work better. But the deeper I went, the more I realised how powerful this function really is. Behind every initiative, process, and decision, there’s an Ops person quietly holding things together, connecting dots, and creating the conditions for growth.
Over the years, I built and led Operations from the ground up in a scaling business. I saw the challenges first-hand: the constant firefighting, the lack of clarity, the feeling of being everyone’s problem-solver, and so on…
I also saw what happens when Ops is done differently: when it becomes a true driver of strategy, innovation, continuous improvement, and smarter ways of working.
And I want to share what I’ve learned about doing Operations differently with you. That’s why I created Opsi: a space for ambitious Ops professionals to learn, reflect, and grow beyond the “fixer” role. It brings together insights, frameworks, and tools to help you think strategically, lead change, and shape how your organisation works and evolves.
